Helping Hands is an internal support group of Volunteers from within the Gascogne Ladies Club, who offer their time to provide quiet and calm assistance to any lady requiring either temporary or emergency support.

Whether it be practical help in the house or garden; do the shopping or provide transportation to hospital appointments. We do home visits or can meet locally to listen in times of need.

We are confidential, caring and willing to give our full support.
